In these early days of commercial VR, most headsets come as a single package. Right now, that means buying the HTC Vive means getting the Vive controllers along with the headset itself. If you buy the Oculus Rift, it doesn’t yet include the (unreleased) Touch controllers, although these will no doubt be available in a bundle once released. Meanwhile, the PSVR (available at the end of the year) will be available both with or without the Move controllers and camera.
In terms of games, there are currently not many VR headset and game bundles. Those who purchase the Oculus Rift will have immediate access to Lucky’s Tale, a cute adventure game that has become the Mario 64 of VR.
